On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities wishes to announce that the Company is still in the midst of formulating the regularisation plan.

Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 18 October 2024, granted the Company a further extension of time of 6 months up to 31 March 2025 to submit its regularisation plan to the relevant regulatory authorities for approval.

Further announcement will be made to Bursa Securities with regards to the development of the regularisation plan in due course.

This announcement is dated 3 March 2025. 

NOTICE: The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the Interim Judicial Manager appointed by the High Court of Malaya. The Interim Judicial Manager contracts and acts as an agent of the Company and disclaims any personal liability under any contract entered into by the Company which has been adopted by the Interim Judicial Manager and any contract entered into by the Interim Judicial Manager on behalf of the Company.
