Further to the Company's announcements made on 17 October 2024 and 26 November 2024 pertaining to the MOU entered between LKLAM with Andorra for the purpose of exploring potential medical equipment leasing for a new hospital located in Johor Bahru, Malaysia and investigating the feasibility of providing leasing solutions for medical equipment and potentially other related healthcare infrastructure requirements for this new hospital, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there is no material development on the status of the MOU as announced previously. This announcement is dated 28 February 2025. |
