We wish to announce that BAT-C33 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 28 February 2025 ("Expiry Date").
The Closing Price of RM6.83928 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of BAT shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date.
As the Closing Price is lower than BAT-C33's Exercise Price of RM7.90, holders of BAT-C33 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised BAT-C33 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the BAT-C33 shall terminate absolutely.
