Pursuant to Chapter 9, Part J, Paragraph 9.19(46) and Part H of Appendix 9A of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of OCR (“Board”) wishes to announce that the Board had approved the incorporation of the fair value gain, net of deferred tax arising from the revaluation of the Investment Properties of the Group of approximately RM10,992,000 in the unaudited consolidated financial statement of OCR for the financial year ended 31 December 2024.
