Pursuant to Rule 10.09(1)(a) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of Winstar wishes to announce that Winstar Solar Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Winstar, had in the ordinary course of its business entered into recurrent related party transactions ("RRPTs") with Fabulous Sunview Sdn. Bhd., a company connected with a Director and major shareholder of Winstar. The aggregate value of the RRPTs for the period from 19 December 2024 to 28 February 2025 had exceeded the percentage ratio of 1.00% as prescribed under Rule 10.09(1)(a)(ii) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities.
