The Board of Directors of GFM is pleased to announce the declaration of a single-tier dividend as follows:

a) A single-tier interim dividend of 0.46 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2024.

b) A proposed final single-tier dividend of 0.31 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2024, subject to the approval of GFM shareholders at the forthcoming Twelfth Annual General Meeting. The date of entitlement and date of payment for the proposed final dividend will be announced in due course.
