The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to propose a final single-tier dividend of 0.5 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2024 subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The details of entitlement and payment dates of the aforesaid final dividend will be determined and announced by the Company in due course.
