Ms Lai Ngan Guan ("Ms. Lai") joined the Group as Senior Finance Manager on 11 October 2022 and she is Head of the Finance & Account, Human Resources and IT departments, overseeing the departmental operations and corporate reporting of the Company.

Prior to joining the Group, she was the Financial Controller of Dynaciate Group Berhad, a listed issuer on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad where she led the Finance team in managing all aspect of accounting and finance including, but not, limited to cost control, forecasting of cash flows preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial results. Ms Lai started her career in audit assurance in 2007 and subsequently advanced her career to managerial position in finance in companies specialising in construction,
manufacturing and trading businesses.

Ms. Lai has no shareholdings in the Company and the subsidiary company. She also has no family relationship with any Director and/or major shareholder of the Company, nor any conflict of interest in any business arrangement involving the Company. She has no convictions for any offences within the past 5 years other than traffic offences, if any.
