The Board of TPC wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking its shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming 22nd Annual General Meeting on the proposed renewal of shareholders’ mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature (“Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate”).
A Circular to Shareholders containing details of the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate will be dispatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
