Reference is made to the above matter and our announcement on 27 November 2024.

The Board of the Company wishes to announce that during the case management on 25 February 2025, the Company updated the Court that it had filed its application to strike out KEJORA’s Amended Writ and Amended Statement of Claim (“Striking Out Application”) on 24 February 2025. The Court then gave the following directions on the Striking Out Application:-

1.         KEJORA is to file its Affidavit in Reply by 11 March 2025;

2.         The Company, KUB Realty and KUBAH are to file their Affidavit in Reply by 25 March 2025;

3.         Filing of simultaneous Written Submission by 15 April 2025;

4.         Submission in Reply is to be filed by 22 April 2025; and

5.         Tentative hearing date is fixed on 20 May 2025.

Further announcement(s) on any material development of the case will be made from time to time.
