The Board of Directors of YXPM wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the shareholders' approval for the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate and Proposed New Shareholders' Mandate for Recurrent Related Party Transaction of a Revenue or Trading Nature (collectively referred to as "Proposed Shareholders' Mandate") at the forthcoming 4th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
