The Board of Directors of Techbase wishes to inform that Honsin and HiQ, being the persons acting in concert with T1 have been notified by the Offeror that the Securities Commission Malaysia had, vide its letter dated 24 February 2025, approved the application for a revised extension of time for the Offeror to despatch the Offer Document to the Board of the Offeree and its shareholders in relation to the Offer within 21 calendar days from the receipt of the record of depositors (“ROD”) of SMI by the Offeror. The timeline for events subsequent to the despatch of Offer Document shall comply with the Rules.
