Reference is made to the Company’s Announcements pertaining to the Writ and Statement of Claim against Vizione Construction Sdn. Bhd.
The Board of Directors of Vizione wishes to announce that at the Plaintiffs request to discontinue the Writ action with no liberty to file afresh, and with no order as to costs, Vizione is agreeable to the discontinuance of the Writ action.
Similarly, the Defendants agree to discontinue the Counterclaim with no liberty to file afresh, and, with no order as to costs.
Accordingly, the Court struck out the Writ action and Counterclaim with no liberty to file afresh, and with no order as to costs.
