We refer to the announcements dated 7 March 2022, 11 March 2022, 28 March 2022, 4 April 2022, 5 April 2022, 20 April 2022, 26 August 2022, 7 September 2022, 13 March 2023, 30 March 2023, 27 July 2023, 7 August 2023 and 8 August 2023 in relation to the Private Placement (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. The Board of Directors of Jadi (“the Board”) wishes to announce that the Company intends to vary up to RM1.041 million of the un-utilised proceeds raised form the Private Placements for the purchase and installation of Enterprise Resource Planning information technology system.
