The Board of Directors of Ahmad Zaki Resources Berhad (“AZRB” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ahmad Zaki Sdn Bhd had on 28 January 2025, received the Letter of Acceptance from the Government of Malaysia – Jabatan Kerja Raya (“the Award”) for a project known as “Construction and Completion of the Bridge at Kampung Binjai, Kuala Lipis, Pahang” (“the Contract”) at a total Contract value of RM63,443,760.15 for a Contract duration of 36 months from 12 February 2025.
The Contract is expected to contribute positively to the Group’s future earnings.
None of the Directors and Substantial Shareholders of AZRB or any persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contract.
The Board of AZRB is of the opinion that the Contract is in the best interest of the Company. This announcement is dated 3 February 2025. |
