We wish to announce that BURSA-C86 expired at 5.00 p.m. on 31 January 2025 (“Expiry Date”). The Closing Price of RM8.39334 was determined based on the average volume weighted average market price of BURSA shares for the 5 market days prior to and including the market day immediately before the Expiry Date. As the Closing Price is lower than BURSA-C86's Exercise Price of RM10.00, holders of BURSA-C86 will not be entitled to receive any payment from us. All outstanding and unexercised BURSA-C86 will cease to be valid and all of our obligations in respect of the BURSA-C86 shall terminate absolutely. This announcement is dated 31 January 2025. |
