The Board of Directors of ACME HOLDINGS BERHAD (“ACME” or the “Company” or “Purchaser”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 23 January 2025 entered into a Share Sale Agreement (the “Agreement”) with Bon Holdings Sdn Bhd, to acquire one (1) ordinary share in Pedoman Canggih Sdn Bhd for a cash consideration of RM22,377,279 (the “Acquisition”) upon the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Agreement.
