Pursuant to Rule 9.19(20) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's ACE Market Listing Requirements, ES Ceramics Technology Berhad (“ES”) wishes to announce that Focus Maxwell Sdn. Bhd. (“FMSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of ES, has on 14 January 2025 held its Meeting of Member on which it was resolved that FMSB be wound up voluntarily and Ms. Chok Hui San be appointed as Liquidator of FMSB.

FMSB was incorporated on 4 September 2019 and its principal activity was investment holding. FMSB has ceased its business operation and is currently inactive.

The voluntary liquidation of FMSB is not expected to have material effect on the earnings and net assets of ES Group for the financial year ending 31 May 2025.

None of the directors or major shareholders of ES or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the voluntary liquidation.
