Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 2 October 2024 (“Initial Announcement”) and 4 October 2024. Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as those stated in the Initial Announcement.
The Board wishes to announce that the Company and the Vendors have on 30 December 2024, mutually agreed to extend the initial ninety (90) days period for the fulfilment of the Conditions Precedent (as defined in the SSA), which commenced from 2 October 2024 being the date of the SSA and expiring on 31 December 2024 for a further period of ninety (90) days, thereby extending the Conditions Period (as defined in the SSA) to 31 March 2025.
All other terms and conditions of the SSA remain unchanged.
