Reference is made to Farlim’s announcements dated 10 May 2021 and 25 June 2024. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions and terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the earlier announcements. The Board of Directors of Farlim wishes to announce that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties; whereupon the parties have agreed to withdraw the following pending legal suits with no order to costs:- a) Application For Stay of Execution by the Defendant – Application No.: BA-22NCvC-99-03/2020; and b) Appeal by the Defendant against Judgment dated 4 June 2024 – Appeal No.: B-02(NCvC)(W)-1089-06/2024.
