The Board of Directors of PLB Engineering Berhad wishes to announce that PLB Terang Sdn Bhd, a 85.71% owned subsidiary of the Company had on 19 December 2024 entered into a Settlement Agreement with Majlis Bandaraya Pulau Pinang and Majlis Bandaraya Seberang Perai on an amicable settlement pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Settlement Agreement.
