Pursuant to Rule 10.08(1) of the ACE Market Listing Requirement of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Sedania Innovator Berhad is pleased to announce that, the Company's 51%-owned subsidiary, Offspring Inc Sdn Bhd had on 13 December 2024 entered into a Sale & Purchase Agreement to purchase an office premise held under Geran 174277/M1-B/12/39, Lot No. 38287, Seksyen 40, No. Bangunan M1-B, No. Tingkat 12, No. Petak 39 together with Accessory Parcel No. A250, A254, A260, A261, A262, Bandar Petaling Jaya, Daerah Petaling, Negeri Selangor from Datuk Noor Azrin Bin Mohd Noor, the Managing Director of the Company for a purchase price of RM2,400,000 to be satisfied in cash.
