The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the shareholders had at the Company's 4th Annual General Meeting held on 10 December 2024, approved the appointment of Messrs TGS TW PLT as Auditors of the Company in place of the retiring Auditors, Messrs Crowe Malaysia PLT and to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting at a remuneration to be determined by the Board of Directors.
