The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 3 December 2024 and 4 December 2024 in relation to the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had, vide its letter dated 9 December 2024, approved the listing and quotation of up to 53,061,614 new ordinary shares in Malton to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement.

The approval by Bursa Securities for the Private Placement is subject to the following conditions:-

i. Malton and UOBKH must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pertaining to the implementation of the Private Placement;

ii. Malton and UOBKH to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Private Placement;

iii. Malton and UOBKH to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Private Placement is completed; and

iv. If applicable, payment of additional listing fee based on the final issue price together with a copy of the details of the computation of the amount of listing fees payable.
