| Working experience and occupation | Mr. Rajul Bagrodia started his career in 2003 with Deloitte (India) and KPMG (India and Africa Division) in 2007. In 2012, he joined Magna International Inc (India and Europe Division) as an Internal Auditor. The following year, he joined Nui Phao Vietnam as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of Masan Tungsten Limited Liability Company, and he was then designated as Deputy CFO of Nui Phao Mining Company Ltd in 2018. In 2020, he took on the role of CFO for SA Group.
Prior to his current position as CFO of Metrod Holdings Berhad, Mr. Rajul Bagrodia was the CFO of Vedanta Limited - Silvassa Copper Division, a company listed in India Stock Exchange, since 2022. He has global experience in entire gamut of Finance and Control with experience spanning across South East Asia, Africa, Europe and India in multiple Industries. He equipped with intensive knowledge in audit, risk management and business management. |
