The Board of Directors of OpenSys (M) Berhad ("OpenSys" or "the Group") is pleased to announce that the Group achieved a strong 21.3% revenue increase, reaching RM27.25 million for the third quarter ended 30 September 2024 (3Q2024), up from RM22.45 million in the same quarter of the previous year (3Q2023). Revenue from Solutions and Services segment registered robust growth of 21.9% in 3Q2024, reaching RM20.36 million from RM16.70 million in 3Q2023, largely driven by ongoing demand for maintenance and cheque processing services. Hardware revenue continued its momentum with an increase of 19.6% from RM5.75 million in 3Q2023 to RM6.89 million in 3Q2024.

For the financial period ended 30 September 2024, the Group achieved a robust revenue of RM69.29 million, marking a 14.0% increase from RM60.79 million in the previous financial period.

Continuing its quarterly dividend practice, OpenSys declared a fourth interim dividend of 0.45 sen per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2024.
