The Board of Directors of PASDEC wishes to announce that Pasdec Corporation Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 13 November 2024 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Petroluxe Refinery (M) Sdn. Bhd. for the disposal of an industrial land measuring 59.2 acres (239,579.118 square metres) at Mukim Sungai Karang, Kuantan, Pahang for a total consideration of RM73,496,032.67 ("Proposed Disposal").
