We refer to the announcement dated 23 September 2024 in relation to Bursa Securities' letter dated 20 September 2024, approving the application for the Withdrawal pursuant to the Transfer of Listing ("Decision Letter").

On behalf of the Board, MIDF Investment wishes to announce that, as stipulated in the Decision Letter:

1. The trading in Metro Shares on the LEAP Market of Bursa Securities will be suspended one market day before the date of allotment of the new Metro Shares to be issued pursuant to the Listing until the completion of the Listing; and

2. The effective date of suspension shall be from 12 November 2024 onwards.
