Pursuant to Rule 10.09(1)(b) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities Malaysia Berhad (“Bursa Securities”), the Board of Directors of Ocean Fresh Berhad (“OFB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that Ocean Fresh Seafood Products Sdn Bhd (“OFSP”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has in the ordinary course of business entered into Recurrent Related Party Transaction (“RRPTs”) and the total consideration of which by way of aggregation has exceeded the threshold of the RRPT of percentage ratio of 1% for the period from 4 July 2024 (being the date of admission of OFB to the Official List of Bursa Securities) (“Listing Date”) to 30 September 2024.
