The Board of Directors (“Board”) of ACME HOLDINGS BERHAD (“ACME” or the “Company” or “Purchaser”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 11 October 2024 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement and Furniture and Fittings Agreement (collectively referred to as the “Agreements”) with Nada Wangi Sdn Bhd (“Nada Wangi” or the “Vendor”), to acquire 4 units of office space at level 16 of One-Stop Midlands Park (the “Properties”) and the furniture and fittings in the Properties for a total cash consideration of RM2million (the “Consideration” or “Purchase Price) (the “Acquisition”).
