The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Corporate Exercises. We refer to the earlier announcements dated 17 January 2024, 7 March 2024, 14 June 2024, 5 July 2024, 9 July 2024, 19 August 2024, 6 September 2024, 9 September 2024, 2 October 2024 and 7 October 2024 in relation to the Corporate Exercises. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that 98,220,965 Rights Shares and 17,499,191 Additional Warrants issued pursuant to the Rights Issue were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 8 October 2024, which marks the completion of the Rights Issue.
