The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has on 4 October 2024 received the notice of registration of "SAUDIGOLD GROUP BERHAD" dated 4 October 2024 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia.

Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from "SAUDEE GROUP BERHAD" to "SAUDIGOLD GROUP BERHAD" with effect from 4 October 2024.
