We refer to the announcements dated 14 August 2023, 15 August 2023, 23 October 2023, 28 December 2023, 28 February 2024, 29 March 2024, 1 April 2024, 15 July 2024, 31 July 2024, 12 August 2024, 16 August 2024 and 22 August 2024 in relation to the Proposals and announcement dated 3 October 2024 in relation to the Exit Offer (collectively, “Announcements”). Unless stated otherwise, definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that CRG was duly notified by DSCFY that the Exit Offer was closed on 3 October 2024 and in view that he has received valid acceptances of less than 1,000,000 Offer Shares pursuant to the Exit Offer, he will retain all the Offer Shares which he has received via valid acceptances pursuant to the Exit Offer and there will be no Offer for Sale under the IPO.
Hence, the IPO will only involve the Public Issue of 171,865,700 new Shares made available for application by the Malaysian public, the Independent Non-Executive Directors of CRG and selected Bumiputera investors as approved by MITI.
