Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the: (i) Offer Document in relation to the Exit Offer dated 12 September 2024 duly announced by the Company on the even date (Reference Number: MY240911TEND0001), and (ii) all the previous announcements in relation to the Exit Offer.
The Board wishes to announce that the Company has received a press notice from TA Securities, on behalf of the Joint Offerors, informing that the Exit Offer has closed at 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Thursday, 3 October 2024 (“Closing Date”).
In accordance with paragraph 13.01 of the Rules, the detailed disclosure on the level of acceptances of the Exit Offer as at 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on the Closing Date is set out in Appendix I of the attached press notice.
