Free detachable warrants in Bertam Alliance Berhad ("Bertam") ("Warrants") issued pursuant to the rights issue of 161,268,741 new ordinary shares in Bertam ("Bertam Shares" or "Shares") ("Rights Shares") on the basis of 1 Rights Share for every 2 existing Bertam Shares held as at 5.00 p.m. on 30 August 2024, together with 161,268,741 Warrants on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 1 Rights Share subscribed for at an issue price of RM0.075 per Rights Share
Each Warrant carries the entitlement to subscribe for 1 new ordinary share in Bertam at the exercise price (as indicated above) and at any time during the exercise period (as indicated above) ("Exercise Period") subject to the adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 16 August 2024, constituting the Warrants. Any Warrants not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose. If the maturity date of Warrants falls on a non-market day, then it will fall on the preceding market day. This announcement is dated 30 September 2024.
