The Board of Directors ("the Board") of Bina Darulaman Berhad (BDB) wishes to inform that the Company’s solicitor has updated the Company on the progress of the mentioned lawsuit as follows:

  1. The mediation process took place on 26th September 2024, with all parties and their lawyers in attendance.
  2. The parties are scheduled to reconvene and record settlement terms on 10th November 2024.

The Company will provide regular updates on the progress of the case.
