The Board wishes to announce that it had on 12 September 2024, received a press notice (“Press Notice dated 12 September 2024”) from TA Securities, on behalf of the Joint Offerors, informing that the offer document dated 12 September 2024 which sets out the details, terms and conditions of the Exit Offer (“Offer Document”), a summary notification with regard to the issuance of the Offer Document (“Summary Notification”)  together with the form of acceptance and transfer for the Offer Shares (“Form of Acceptance and Transfer”) have been published on the even date on the website of Bursa Securities at https://www.bursamalaysia.com/market_information/announcements/company_announcement?company=03016.

Further, the Summary Notification together with the Form of Acceptance and Transfer have been despatched to the holders of the Offer Shares on the even date in accordance with paragraph 11.06 of the Rules.
