Unless stated otherwise, the terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement. We refer to the earlier announcements dated 8 February 2024, 21 February 2024, 23 February 2024, 15 March 2024, 10 June 2024, 21 June 2024, 6 August 2024, 12 August 2024, 13 August 2024 and 30 August 2024 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board had on 2 September 2024 resolved to fix the issue price for the third tranche of the Private Placement at RM0.1368 per Placement Share. The issue price of RM0.1368 per Placement Share represents a discount of 10.00% to the 5-day VWAP of Auro Shares up to and including 30 August 2024, being the last traded day of Auro Shares immediately preceding the price-fixing date of RM0.1520 per Auro Share.
