Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(1)(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of Metrod Holdings Berhad (“Metrod” or “Company”) wishes to announce that Metrod, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Savli Copper Products Pvt Ltd, has in the ordinary course of business entered into recurrent related party transactions ("RRPTs") as disclosed in Annexure I of the attachment, and the aggregated percentage ratio for the RRPTs is 4.34% for the period up to 29 August 2024.
