Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 23 August 2024 pertaining to the outcome of the Seventh Annual General Meeting of the Company (“7th AGM”).

The Board of Directors of MGB wishes to announce that Messrs. TGS TW PLT  [202106000004 (LLP0026851-LCA) & AF002345] (“TGS”), have given their Consent to Act pursuant to Section 264(5) of the Companies Act 2016 via their letter dated 31 July 2024.

Following the retirement of Messrs. Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng PLT (“Baker Tilly”) at the 7th AGM, the shareholders of the Company had approved the appointment of TGS as Auditors of the Company in place of the retiring Auditors, Baker Tilly.

Hence, TGS is appointed as the External Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 28 February 2025 on 23 August 2024 and to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting of the Company at a remuneration to be determined by the Board of Directors.
