We refer to the announcements dated 14 August 2023, 15 August 2023, 23 October 2023, 28 December 2023, 28 February 2024, 29 March 2024, 1 April 2024, 15 July 2024, 31 July 2024, 12 August 2024 and 16 August 2024 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless stated otherwise, definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 22 August 2024, approved the application for the Withdrawal of Listing.

In this regard, TA Securities is required to furnish Bursa Securities with a letter (“TA Securities’ Confirmation Letter”), confirming the following:

(i) that the requirements of Rule 8.06(1) of the LEAP LR have been complied with or waived by Bursa Securities, as the case may be;

(ii) Confirmation from TA Securities that all conditions, including conditions imposed by the relevant authorities which are required to be met prior to the Withdrawal of Listing have been met; and

(iii) Confirmation from TA Securities that there are no circumstances or facts which have the effect of preventing or prohibiting the Withdrawal of Listing including any order, injunction or any other directive issued by any court of law.

Further, CRG is required to announce, 5 clear market days before the effective date of suspension, the following:

1. The trading in CRG Shares on the LEAP Market will be suspended one day before the date of allotment of the new CRG Shares to be issued pursuant to the proposed listing on the ACE Market (“Proposed Listing”) until the completion of the Proposed Listing; and

2. The effective date of suspension.
