The Board of Directors of SBC wishes to announce that KEP, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of SBC, has on 16 August 2024 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with MEGX Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (“MEGX”) as the purchaser, for the disposal of all that piece of land held under Pajakan Negeri 50707, Lot 80421, Mukim Batu, District of Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur measuring approximately 8,962 square meters together with a structure erected thereon and bearing the postal address known as Lot 9076, Jalan 4/18A, Off Jalan Ipoh, Batu 5 ½, Taman Mastiara, 51200 Kuala Lumpur to MEGX for a cash sale consideration of RM36,600,000.00.
