The Board of Directors of TOPVISION wishes to announce that the Company had on 29 December 2022 completed the disposal of its 50.1% equity interest in Novel Glove International Sdn. Bhd. (“NGISB") comprising 5,010 ordinary shares for a total cash consideration of RM10,000.00 ("Disposal"). NGISB had ceased as subsidiary of the Company.
None of the directors and/or substantial shareholder of the Company or any person connected with them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the Disposal.
