Remarks :

The payment of the single-tier final dividend of 0.7 sen per ordinary share is subject to shareholders' approval at the 61st Annual General Meeting ("AGM") scheduled to be held on 10 September 2024. Please refer to the Notice of AGM of the Company dated 31 July 2024, which makes reference to the above-mentioned dates.
