Reference is made to the announcements made on 3 February 2023, 12 April 2023, 28 June 2023 and 4 January 2024 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, HLIB wishes to announce that the following applications in relation to the Proposals have been submitted to the relevant authorities on 28 June 2024:
(i) the application to Bursa Securities in relation to the Proposed Transfer of Listing and approval-in-principle for the registration of the prospectus;
(ii) the application to Bursa Securities in relation to the Proposed Withdrawal of Listing; and
(iii) the application to Securities Commission Malaysia (Equity Compliance Unit) in relation to the resultant equity structure of the Company pursuant to the Proposed Transfer of Listing.
