Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 30 May 2023 in relation to the appointment of Ms Lydia Anna Abraham as Interim Chairperson to assume the role of Chairperson of Metrod Holdings Berhad.

The Board is pleased to inform that Ms Lydia Anna Abraham be redesignated from Interim Chairperson to Chairperson of Metrod Holdings Berhad effective 27 June 2024. 

Ms Lydia Anna Abraham has also ceased on the term of appointment as a member of the Nominating and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee respectively effective 27 June 2024 in compliance with Practice 1.4 of the Malaysian Code on Corporate Governance.
