Pursuant to Paragraph 10.06 of the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements, the Company wishes to announce that its wholly owned sub-subsidiary, Golden Cignet Sdn Bhd (“GCSB” or “the Vendor”), had on 19 June 2024, entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreements (“SPA”) with Rukun Aset Sdn Bhd (“the Purchaser”) for the disposal of the Properties for a total cash consideration of RM7,000,000.00 (“the Consideration”) (“the Disposal”).
