We refer to the previous announcements and the circular to shareholders dated 11 July 2023 in relation to the Acquisition (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Circular shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the last of the Conditions Precedent set out in the SPA (i.e. the Vendor having applied, obtained and delivered to the Purchaser’s solicitors the original letter of Consent to Transfer and the registration fee thereof) has been fulfilled on 5 June 2024, resulting in the SPA becoming unconditional on even date.
