INGENIEUR GUDANG BERHAD ("INGENIEUR" OR "COMPANY") BONUS ISSUE OF 758,296,368 NEW WARRANTS IN INGENIEUR ("WARRANT(S) B") ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT B FOR EVERY 2 EXISTING ORDINARY SHARES IN INGENIEUR ("SHARE(S)") HELD BY THE ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS OF INGENIEUR WHOSE NAMES APPEAR IN THE COMPANY'S RECORD OF DEPOSITORS OF SHARES AS AT 5.00 P.M. ON 10 MAY 2024 ("ENTITLEMENT DATE") ("BONUS ISSUE OF WARRANTS")
Each Warrant B carries the entitlement to subscribe for 1 new Share at the exercise price (as indicated above) and at any time during the exercise period (as indicated above) ("Exercise Period"), subject to the adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the deed poll dated 18 April 2024 constituting the Warrants B. Any Warrants B not exercised during the Exercise Period will thereafter lapse and cease to be valid for any purpose. If the maturity date of the Warrants B falls on a non-market day, then it will fall on the preceding market day. The amendment was made to the maturity date (as indicated above). This announcement is dated 20 May 2024.
