Reference is made to the announcement dated 14 May 2024 in relation to the resignation of SJ Securities Sdn Bhd as the principal adviser and sponsors for the Transfer Listing. Unless otherwise defined herein, all terms and definitions used herein shall be the same as those defined in the previous announcement.
The Board of Directors of the Company confirms that the letter of termination from SJ Securities was received on 24 April 2024. Subsequently, on 14 May 2024, the Company received the written explanation from SJ Securities stating the reason for the termination.
